The delivery and shipping charges outlined apply to physical goods. Ebooks and other digital products do not incur a delivery charge.

Postage & Packing Rates

UK mainland – £2.95 per order for heavy items (paperbacks and mugs), £1.95 per order for light items (multipacks of notebooks and magnet/badge sets), 95p for super light orders (the likes of postcards, single notebooks, individual badges and magnets)  Maximum £5.85 per order.

Rest of the world – £4.95 per item for items classed as heavy (paperbacks and mugs), £3.50 for items classed as light (multipacks of notebooks and magnet/badge sets) and £1.50 for super light orders (the likes of postcards, single notebooks, individual badges and magnets). E.g. If you were ordering a book, a mug, and several individual magnets and badges, you would be charge 2 X 4.95 for the heavy items plus £1.50 for the remainder making it a total of £11.40.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail and take an average of 3-5 working days.

Orders placed before 11am GMT/BST Monday-Thursday will usually be dispatched the next day.

If you require express delivery or you would like your package to go by registered post, please put a note in at checkout and you will be contacted to arrange the charges. You can also email shop AT baggagereclaim DOT co DOT uk within three hours of purchasing (if done before 11am) quoting your order – it’s easier if you use the email address that you paid with.

Please note that occasionally there are external factors that can delay delivery of your parcel such as snow (you know the UK goes into a meltdown when there’s snow), strikes etc.

International Delivery

At present we use Royal Mail Airmail.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for EU delivery and up to 6 weeks for Worldwide delivery – please note that delivery times do tend to be far quicker (5-7 working days) so the times quoted are the worst-case scenario.

Please check local customs/handling charges in the country which you reside as we cannot be held responsible for any import charges incurred.

Please advise us of the issue by email and include your order number, name, date of order and reason for the return and we will liase with you to make the return. You should normally receive a response within 24 hours.

Returned goods must be intact and resaleable. Please make the return within 7 days of receiving your order in order to qualify for a full refund including original postage charges.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods.

A full refund including initial delivery charges will be refunded when the return is made within 7 days of receiving the order. Registered post is recommended because we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items – registered items are covered by postal insurance so that you can claim. A refund for the amount, including initial shipping charges (within UK only), will be made within 28 days according to whichever method of payment was originally used. Please don’t ask for funds to be directed to a different account. Refunds are made in £ GBP so if you ordered from abroad please check your card/bank’s exchange rate.

If you wish to return an item because it is faulty, please contact us first.  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Items can be returned up to 28 days after receipt of order. If returned after 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Europe and everywhere else), postage charges won’t be refunded.
